             Access your creative mind with experiential writing practice, composed of unique exercises and discussion. Blocks and obstacles that stay the flow from thought to paper (or concept to action) dissolve in this work designed as a stimulus and catalyst for discovery and expression through writing for all levels of word-oriented people.

          Write about Your Life: Online class Start at any time.                    $102/$117 nonres

        Joyous Ruminations Tuesdays 1/14 to 2/18  5-6pm ZOOM link will be provided. If your life is low on joy, this is the class for you!  The practice of replacing one kind of thinking for another helps put more pizzazz into your existence and into your writing, art, or other creative forms. Concepts are based on Martin Seligman’s work in Learned Optimism and Authentic Happiness as well as several other resources. This is a ZOOM class that includes unique in-class writing and reading of pieces. Join us for a life altering quarter!  I'll send you the link after signing up.
